The Justice Sonia Sotomayor Inn of Court has four membership levels:
- Senior Lawyers – lawyers with at least eight (8) years of experience/in practice, judges, and law professors ($200 per year).
- Junior Lawyers – lawyers with less than eight (8) years of experience/in practice ($100 per year).
- Auxiliary Members – licensed legal paraprofessional or non-attorney service provider in the legal profession ($75 per year)
- Law Students (free).
