Inn members usually meet September through May on the third Thursday of the month at 6pm at a variety of locations in the Denver metro area. Below is the meeting schedule for the 2026 – 2027 year. Details will be added as finalized.

- January 21, 2027 – Civil rights and Equal Protection under law (CBA/DBA offices)

- April 2027 – Joint Inn Meeting with the other Colorado Inns
